We successully hosted a hybrid-virtual Spring Session in March 2021. This session did NOT have open registration. Our board felt it important to recognize the enthusiasm and eagerness of individuals still on island who were previously registered for our canceled Spring 2020 session. Those participants comprised our Spring 2021 session.
We do intend on hosting a Fall 2021 Session and there WILL be open registration then. Between
now and then, we will continue to host Lunch-and-Learns and Book Club meetings. These events are
open to all spouses of active duty military members and the events schedule is posted on our website
and Facebook page. We greatly appreciate your continued support! Please do continue to encourage
emerging leaders in your communities to engage in the opportunities our organization has to offer.
The OLS Board
Each individual will embark on a journey of self-discovery. In recognizing and learning to embrace personal strengths, characteristics and leadership styles, every participant will be able to confidently answer the foundational question of “Who am I, as a leader?” as well as connect with other like-minded leaders.
Participants will build on what they've learned to examine the best ways to contribute to groups and organizations. This day is about identifying the strengths that you and others bring to a team and learning how to best integrate diverse talents and experiences in a group setting.
Each individual will have the chance to examine his or her personal vision and explore options for taking goals to the next level personally as well as within their commands, organizations and beyond. This is a day about visioning, networking and overcoming obstacles. Each spouse leader should leave the seminar asking, "Why not?"
