Operated on a no-charge basis, by military spouses for military spouses, our vision is to equip participants with the skills necessary to positively impact all communities they touch, now and in the future.
Our intensive three-day seminar provides an opportunity for spouses to learn and hone skills in leadership, communication, team dynamics, and goal setting. This flagship program empowers both emerging and established leaders in the spouse community across all services and ranks. The skills developed through the seminar can be applied to the military community, volunteer and community organizations, and participants' own professional careers.
Our next seminar will be held in the spring of 2022.
Each individual will embark on a journey of self-discovery. In recognizing and learning to embrace personal strengths, characteristics and leadership styles, every participant will be able to confidently answer the foundational question of “Who am I as a leader?” as well as connect with other like-minded leaders.
Participants will build on what they've learned to examine the best ways to contribute to groups and organizations. This day is about identifying the strengths that you and others bring to a team and learning how to best integrate diverse talents and experiences in a group setting.
Each individual will have the chance to examine his or her personal vision and explore options for taking goals to the next level personally as well as within their commands, organizations, and beyond. This is a day about visioning, networking, and overcoming obstacles. Each spouse leader should leave the seminar asking, "Why not?"
